We at stevewilsonweaving.com  have made every effort to ensure that all product information held on this website is accurate.

Colours are representative and may not reflect exact shades. Colours are subject to change. The customer accepts that colour differences can occur in any product when it is being viewed and compared on a computer screen. The customer accepts that they will have no right to reject the product on the basis of minor colour differences.

We reserve the right to change and remove any item from the catalogue at any time.


Your Privacy

We at www.stevewilsonweaving.com will protect the privacy of our customers. We will never divulge any information about you to a third party. All information we gather about you is used solely for the purpose of processing your order. This will be in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Delivery Times

Our delivery aim is 3-7 working days or sooner unless a change is announced on our home page but we reserve the right to deliver within three weeks.


Faulty Merchandise

If a fault is discovered in a finished product and this is not due to the way the product has been handled, stored, or displayed by the customer, a replacement product will be exchanged for the faulty product. Payment refunds will not be made (unless the transaction has been concluded over the Internet and the conditions noted below relating to the return of goods have been adhered to).

Claims for damages or shortages must be submitted in writing or by phone to the stevewilsonweaving.com  within 10 working days of receipt of the goods (email notification is acceptable); otherwise we have the right to refuse refund or replacement of the goods. Please include the Order ID and date the order was placed.


Contract Conditions

No contract will exist between you and us for any sale unless confirmation is received from us that your item can be processed and payment has been received by us. Most of the items are held in stock and we will make every effort to complete your order. No liability is accepted if we are unable to complete your order.

We will remove items from the website as soon as possible if the item is no longer in stock. If we receive an order which we do not have in stock, we will contact you to let you know. If we cannot contact you for any reason we will continue to process the order when our stocks are replenished.


Order Acceptance

The acceptance of your order will be deemed binding when payment has been received and accepted by us.

The completion of the contract between you and us will be when the order has been dispatched to the address provided by you unless you have cancelled the order in accordance with our Returns Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason and any monies paid will be returned to you the customer.


Cancellation Policy

You must contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. Acceptance of order cancellation will be at our discretion only.


Returns Policy 

In the rare event of returning an item, please return the item in its original packaging and in the same condition as you received it. If the reason for the return is due to poor condition of the goods we will refund your carriage. If the reason for return is due to unsuitability we will not refund your carriage or ours for that item, but will refund the item cost -10% restocking fee. Bespoke and custom orders manufactured or altered to customer specifications are non- refundable.



Shipping is with the Royal Mail within the UK.  All items shipped out side of the UK are by Airsure.

Prices quoted are for one item only. Larger orders are charged accordingly by weight and maybe shipped by another carrier.
